Planner In A Box Now Offers Florida Traveling Notary Services
We offer the convenience of a Florida traveling notary to simplify your needs. Our notaries have been commissioned with the State of Florida since 2006. We are able to notarize documents requiring it at your convenience.
Also, our Florida traveling notary services team performs non-denominational weddings held within the State of Florida.
Based in Pinellas County, our Florida traveling notary team serves the area from Ocala to Orlando to Naples, Florida (approximately a 2 hour driving radius). We require an appointment in advance for notarization services.
The cost per notarization is $10 each (established by State of Florida) plus travel fee. This means if you have 1 document that requires 3 notarized signatures, your cost would be $30 plus travel.
Officiating weddings is $20 couple, per ceremony (established by State of Florida) plus travel fee. This means if there is a double wedding, at the same time, the cost would be $40 plus travel.

Wedding Officiant & Notary
In Florida, ordained clergy, judges, and Florida notaries are the only officials authorized to perform wedding ceremonies. Our Florida traveling notary team can officiate official weddings as well as commitment and renewal of vows ceremonies throughout Florida.
You must obtain your Florida Marriage License prior to the ceremony. For Florida residents there is a three day waiting period from date of license issued unless premarital class attendance certification is provided at time of application.
We will travel to your location within our service area. Basic service includes:
